Company Info - Executive Staff

As President and CTO, Jerry provides the technical as well as corporate leadership for FABNexus. Jerry has many years of experience in launching and growing software products and services companies. He has owned his own company and helped others launch theirs.

Jerry has more than thirty years commercial and technical experience in semiconductor equipment, network communications, and embedded systems development and support., as well as extensive experience in the field of data communications and system software architecture and design. He has developed numerous control and communication packages, state machines, real-time device handlers, device-interrupt/buffering tasks, and specialized hardware-oriented software subsystems.

As Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Mike provides the strategic business development and marketing focus for FABNexus. Mike draws from his many years of experience in the semiconductor industry, having worked on multiple sides of the supply chain (process development and manufacturing, as well as materials and equipment). He began his career by spending 7 years as a process engineer in the device manufacturing production environment. He then moved to the supply side and has served as a Regional Sales Manager, Director of Strategic Marketing, Sr. Director of Advanced Product Development, and Product Group Vice President and General Manager for semiconductor equipment companies (Mattson Technology, Concept Systems Design, ASM America, Genus, and Tegal). Mike also spent several years as a Product Manager, VP of Marketing and VP of Operations, for semiconductor materials suppliers and as VP of Marketing for a semiconductor industry focused, internet based, information portal and e-commerce site.
